Celebrate Your Goodness

Give yourself permission once in a while to remind yourself of how good you are. Recall how many lives you’ve touched with your compassion. How generous you’ve been to others with your gifts and talents. How much kindness you’ve added to the world one act at a time.

Remembering our goodness is not self-indulgent. It’s an act of self-respect we bestow upon ourselves much like we offer words of gratitude to others whom we honor and appreciate.

Taking time to celebrate our goodness connects us with a deeper joy. We then offer our thanks to the One who created us lifting our delight up with gratitude for the blessing we are and the blessings we’ve received.

Ponder:

 Consider your own goodness today.

How has your life been a blessing to yourself & others?

Who have you blessed today?
